Megan was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She relieved a lot of tension in my shoulder and provided me with a range of exercises to help afterwards too. She seemed quickly able to identify the sources of my pain and tension. She also followed me up via text to ask how I was getting on a few days later. I only wish I had gone sooner!
