In order to protect all clients MC Sports Therapy will be implementing certain changes and protocols to reduce patient contact and maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.

Clients will be required to bring their own water/refreshments to their appointment. I am not permitted to offer drinks to clients.

Clients will be required to attend appointments alone.

Clients must wait outside the clinic, and try not to arrive before their appointment time – I will collect clients from outside the clinic.

Clients must not touch any doors – I will open doors for clients.

Our patient screening, practice hygiene, and staff PPE are all in line with current government and health guidelines.

I will be wearing a FFP2 masks and full face visors.

I will be using the ‘track and trace’ system.

The treatment rooms, couch, pillow cases, door handles, front desk and toilet will be cleaned after every patient.

We have disinfectant wipes in the toilet if you wish to clean the seat, taps and handles for yourself (but we will clean it again once you have gone).

Hand sanitiser is available as you enter the treatment room.
Your commitment to me
Please DO NOT come to the practice if:

You have had any symptoms of COVID-19: a high temperature, a persistent cough, or loss of sense of smell or taste in the last 7 days.

You have someone in your household who has, or has had symptoms of COVID-19.

You, or anyone in your household are considered extremely clinically vulnerable:

You are over 70 and are considered vulnerable.

Have an immune deficiency.

Are currently having chemo or radiotherapy.

Are a transplant recipient.

Have pre-existing respiratory conditions such as asthma, hay fever, COPD, etc.

Have any illness or condition that may make you susceptible to COVID-19.

You or anyone in your household has been in contact with someone with suspected/confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
