The Theragun- A deep muscle treatment unlike anything you’ve ever felt. Feel better, move better, an
The newest trend in the sports therapy industry is a theragun. Theraguns can be used before, during or after your workout as well as part of a combination treatment during your sports massage appointment. These percussive massage tools closely resemble a power tool (and sound like one too) but provide muscle stimulation to increase blood flow.
Many of us are used to arriving at the gym and starting our workout with foam rolling; likewise, we end our gym time with paying attention to those tight or sore areas through more foam rolling or stretching. Percussive massage guns do something that foam rolling can’t do due to their quick speed - in theory, a percussive massage gun vibrating at the right frequency may “trick” the nervous system into blocking pain (this is called the “pain gate theory”). This means the hesitation one feels when foam rolling presses on those sore spots can be overcame using a percussive massage gun.
Combination Therapy
This is a treatment like no other. We combine multiple treatment modalities during a single session. Because we are using multiple treatment modalities, this will provide significantly more pain relieve and promote faster heeling.
During a single sessions as a therapist will be using the a combinations of sports massage, theragun G3PRO, rock blading, myofascial dry cupping and dry needling.
